*Permanent Badge- Topper is permanently glued to the badge reel base. Your choice of an alligator style swivel clip or a belt clip that slides on.
*Interchangeable Badge Reel (Swivel Clip or Belt Clip)- These come with a topper and badge base. The topper has the soft side of the hook and loop fastener on the back and the badge reel base has the rough side of the hook and loop fastener on the top.
*Topper Only: This is only the topper with a soft side of the hook and loop fastener attached to the back. This does NOT include the badge base.
