Topper Only- This is just the badge topper. No reel. It has the soft side of a Velcro circle attached. You will need a badge base that has the round Velcro fastener to properly adhere.
Permanent Badge- The badge top is glued permanently to the base.
Interchangeable Badge Set - This includes a topper with the soft side of the Velcro fastener on the back and the matching base that has the rough side of the fastener attached. You can switch out the tops for ease of use and they need less space!
